6 Simple Rules for the "Tony Mase's Inner Circle" Members-Only Website

Rule #1 - The Door Closes Behind You

If you ever leave the "Tony Mase's Inner Circle" Members-Only Website (the "WEBSITE"), you can't come back, PERIOD! I'm not going to have anyone dropping in every six months, getting their questions answered, reading the updates, and then leaving… only to repeat the process over and over and over again. That won't fly with me and it's not fair to the members in good standing. If it's not good enough for you to stay, it's not good enough for you to come back... EVER!

REFUNDS: Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership at any time, we'll simply stop billing your monthly membership fee.

Rule #2 - What Happens Here Stays Here

The material we provide you remains ours in every way. Unless explicitly expressed otherwise, NO RESALE and NO REDISTRIBUTION of our material from this website is allowed under ANY circumstances whatsoever. If you want to join and then turn around and start sharing, selling, renting, disclosing, or teaching what we disclose to you in the WEBSITE to other people, I reserve the right to throw you out of the WEBSITE, slam the door shut behind you, and take whatever legal action is appropriate. That's not fair to the other members and it won't be tolerated.

Rule #3 - Constructive Messages Only

Very little irritates me more than a whiner who complains about everything, yet does absolutely nothing. When you join the "Tony Mase's Inner Circle" Members-Only Website you agree to keep a constructive attitude, keep your Private Members-Only Discussion Forum messages constructive, and refuse to give into the temptation to start acting like one of the "undeveloped". If you disagree with me or any other member, say so... but do it in a manner that builds up and doesn't tear down.

Rule #4 - If You Want to Share or Sell This Material... Forget It!

4A. Limited License Only! - In addition to the various disclaimers displayed prominently at the bottom of our website and in the WEBSITE itself, you understand that you're purchasing a monthly license to view the materials in the WEBSITE. If you cancel your membership, or get thrown out, your license is revoked and you may not access the material from that point on. You are *not* purchasing ANY of the material in the WEBSITE, you're only purchasing a monthly license to view the material.

4B. PDFs - From time to time, we may make some of the material in the WEBSITE or supplementary materials available in PDF format for you to download to your computer. You may download and/or print ONE copy of each of these PDFs for your own personal use only. You may NEVER sell, give, or share these PDFs or your printed copies with anyone. If you cancel your membership, or get thrown out, you agree to *delete* the PDFs from your computer and/or any other electronic storage media you may have moved or copied them to, and you agree to dispose of any printed copies you may have made.
4C. eBay, Online Auctions, Selling Material - You expressly agree that, under no circumstances whatsoever, will you ever sell, transfer, or cause to be sold or transferred, ANY of the material from the WEBSITE... that means you WILL NEVER sell or share ANY of the material, in any form, on eBay, your own website, any other website, or anywhere else.

Rule #5 - No Income, Health, or Any Other Claims

I used the principles and strategies you'll learn in the WEBSITE to make massive changes in my life fast. However, I'm not going to sit here and for one minute tell you that you'll get the same results I did. I don't know you and I don't know what you'll do with this material. I'm going to show you *exactly* WHAT I do and *exactly* HOW I do it... what you do with it from there is totally up to you.

Rule #6 - We Reserve the Right to Cancel Your Membership

If, for any reason whatsoever, we ever feel it's not in our mutual best interest to continue your membership to the WEBSITE, we reserve the right to cancel your membership, revoke your limited license, and, at our option, refund the current month's membership fee.
